Summer

We had such a great summer this year, and I've wanted so much to take the time to write about it before I forget some of the finer details (although there is a good chance that's already happened, at least to a degree.)

Mason was lucky to get out of school a week earlier than most of the kids in the neighborhood. So we decided to take advantage of our extra time and get in a visit to Grammy and Papa Jim in Utah.

We had a great time. We visited with family,

Rode the horse,

Went to the park,

Went to the zoo,

played battleship,

and in general had a really lovely time. I'm so lucky to have parents that are always so willing to welcome my crazy family and I to visit whenever the mood strikes us.
